北京地区城市居民对健康管理的认知现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解北京市海淀区社区居民对健康管理的认知现状及其主要影响因素,为健康管理走进社区医疗提供数据参考。方法通过对3 000名社区居民进行现场问卷调查方式收集数据,利用统计学软件对数据进行统计分析。结果有70%的受访居民知晓健康管理,且健康管理知识获取的主要途径是电视(71%)和网络(64%)。不同群体居民对健康管理认知存在差异。中年组的认知度明显高于青年组和老年组(χ2=639.9,P<0.000 1),不同职业种类的居民对健康管理的认知度有明显差异(χ2=146.6,P<0.000 1),高收入水平居民的知晓度明显高于低收入和中等收入人群(χ2=116.6,P<0.000 1),高学历人群对健康管理的认知度高于中低学历人群(χ2=44.2,P<0.000 1),且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。结论该地区居民对健康管理的认知度不高,且年龄、职业、收入和受教育水平均对居民的认知度产生差异性影响。北京地区健康管理服务发展不仅需要以社区卫生服务机构的支持为基础,更需要多种服务提供方的参与,依据人群需求提供多元化的健康管理服务,以帮助居民更好地管理自己的健康。Objectives To understand the cognitive status and the influence factors of health management among Beijing city residents,and to provide basis for improving health management to community.Methods Questionnaire survey method was applied to collect data of 3000 residents,and statistics software was used for analysis.Results70% of the residents had the cognition of health management,and the main ways to know were TV（71%）and internet（64%）.Different groups had different cognition of health management.The awareness rate of the middleaged group was higher than that of the young group and the old group（χ2=639.9,P〈0.0001）.The residents of different occupation had obviously different health awareness（χ2=146.6,P〈0.0001）,and the awareness rate of the high income group was significantly higher than that of the low and middle income groups（χ2=116.6,P〈0.000 1）,and the awareness rate of the highly educated group was higher than the secondary and low groups（χ2=44.2,P〈0.000 1）.Conclusions The health management awareness of residents in this area is not high,and the age,occupation,income and education level have difference effects on the cognition.The development of health management in Beijing not only needs the based support of the community health service institutions,but also the multiple service providers＇ participation,to provide a wide range of health management service according to the residents＇ health needs,and to help the residents manage their own health better.
