摘　　要：目的建立早产儿经口喂养能力评估量表,以指导医护人员正确评估早产儿喂养能力。方法在文献回顾、理论研究的基础上,拟定早产儿经口喂养能力评估量表,对15名专家采用Delphi法进行3轮咨询。结果3轮咨询的有效问卷回收率分别为78.95%、76.00%、100.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.93、0.89、0.91,可行性评分的协调系数为0.18、0.26、0.22(均P<0.01),重要性评分的协调系数为0.18、0.23、0.26(均P<0.01)。建立的初始量表包含喂养前早产儿状态、吸吮能力、吞咽能力、喂养过程中维持生理稳定的能力4个维度共23个条目。结论参与咨询的专家积极性高、权威性好,量表条目设计合理,量表的编制为早产儿经口喂养能力评估提供了实用的工具,但还需要进一步的实证研究。Objective To develop apreterm infant oral feed readiness assessment scale.Methods The draft of the preterm infant oral feed readiness assessment scale was prepared based on literature review and theoretical research.Delphi method was used in this study and 15 experts were chosen for three rounds of consultation.Results The questionnaires of the three rounds′consultation were collected 78.95%,76.00% and 100.00%respectively,with the degree of experts′authority being 0.93,0.89 and 0.91 accordingly.The Kendall′s coordination coefficients of feasibility were 0.18,0.26 and 0.22,while those of importance were 0.18,0.23and0.26（P〈0.01 for all）.The preliminary version of the scale consisted of 4dimensions,including preterm infants′condition before feeding,suck competency,swallow competency and physiological stableness during feeding,totaling 23 items.Conclusion The preliminary version of the scale is of good reliability and authority,which can serve as a tool to assess preterm infants′readiness to oral feeds in China.Further empirical study is needed to verify the quality of the scale.
