摘　　要：采用液相色谱一串联质谱法（LC／MS／MS）对荔枝中萘乙酸农药残留进行检测研究。结果表明：利用乙腈对荔枝（果肉、皮）中萘乙酸的提取，C18固相萃取柱净化，在LC／MS／MS上进行检测，荔枝中萘乙酸的回收率在86．8％～95．2％之间，相对标准偏差为O．9％～3．1％。该方法操作简便快递、准确可靠、重现性好。HPLC/MS/MS method was developed to analyze 1-naphthylacetic acid residue in litchi.The results showed that ： 1-naphthylacetic acid was extracted with acetonitrile,cleaned up with C18 SPE ,analyzed by HPLC/MS/MS,the average recoverries of 1-naphthylacetic acid in litchi were varied from 86.8%～95.2% with the coefficient of variation of 0.9%～3.1%.The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reliable and has good repeatability.
