摘  要:为揭示杏树营养物质含量与多毛小蠹Scolytus seulensis Murayama危害的关系,本文通过对多毛小蠹不同危害程度的杏树树叶和韧皮部中的营养物质(可溶性糖、多糖、可溶性蛋白)含量进行研究。用方差分析和相关性分析判断各个营养物质含量与多毛小蠹危害之间的关系。结果表明,小蠹危害后,能使树体一系列生理生化反应。不同受害程度的杏树树叶中营养物质含量差异不显著(P>0.05);不同受害程度的杏树韧皮部中营养物质含量变化存在显著差异(P<0.05),3种营养物质含量均表现为重度受害(50.34±0.68,21.46±1.52,11.31±0.10)>轻度受害(44.75±0.7,17.33±0.06,10.35±0.27)>健康(38.58±0.88,11.92±0.51,9.25±0.24)。对不同受害时期营养物质含量的分析表明,树叶中可溶性糖和多糖含量均呈现先下降后上升的趋势,7月时含量最低。韧皮部中可溶性糖和多糖含量均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,7月时含量最高。可溶性蛋白含量在树叶和韧皮部中表现一直呈上升趋势,8月时含量最高。经过相关性分析,受害程度与韧皮部中的营养物质(可溶性糖、多糖、可溶性蛋白)的含量在各个受害时期均呈正相关关系(r>0.834),其中与可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白在7月相关性最大(r=0.948,0.939);与多糖在8月相关性虽大(r=0.961)。杏树植株中营养物质含量越高被害率越高,且不受季节变化的影响。To reveal the relationship between the content of nutritive material in apricot and after damaged by Scolytus seulensis Murayama,We tested the contents of the nutritive material( Soluble sugar,Polysaccharide,Soluble protein) in the apricot bark and leaf which are damaged by the S. seulensis with different levels. Judge the relationship between the content of each nutritive material and S. seulensis damage by the analysis of variance and correlation analysis. The results showed that: From different harmful levels of apricot,there was a significant difference in the amount of nutrient substance content in apricot bark( P 〈 0. 05). The Apricot plants could produce some secondary substances and change the composit ions of some compounds in its body when injured by the S. seulensis. From different harmful levels of apricot,there was a significant difference in the amount of nutrient substance content in apricot bark( P 〈 0. 05),but there wasn’t a significant difference in apricot leaves( P 〉 0. 05). Three kinds ofnutrient content were expressed as Severe suffer( 50. 34 ± 0. 68,21. 46 ± 1. 52,11. 31 ± 0. 10) 〉 Mild suffer( 44. 75 ± 0. 7,17. 33 ± 0. 06,10. 35 ± 0. 27) 〉 Health( 38. 58 ± 0. 88,11. 92 ± 0. 51,9. 25 ±0. 24). Analysis of the nutrient content of different periods of the victims showed that Soluble sugar and polysaccharide content in the leaves tend to fall before rising,the lowest content in July. Soluble sugar and polysaccharide content in phloem tended to rise before falling,the highest content was in July.Soluble protein contenthave been on the rise both in the leaves and phloem,the highest content was in August. Through correlation analysis,the damage level was positively correlated( r 〉 0. 834) with nutrient substance( soluble sugar, polysaccharide, soluble protein) contents in the bark. The maximum correlation( r = 0. 948,0. 939) was detected in the soluble sugar and soluble protein in July,and the maximum correlation( r = 0. 961) was
