摘 要:亚洲柑桔木虱Diaphorina citri Kuwayama为黄龙病的主要媒介昆虫。与健康柑桔相比,带有嫩梢并感染黄龙病的柑桔对该木虱的吸引作用较强。本文采用顶空固相微萃取和气质联用(GC/MS)分析健康和黄龙病沙糖桔嫩梢挥发物成分。结果表明,健康沙糖桔和黄龙病沙糖桔挥发性主要成分都是烯烃类、醇类,其中健康柑桔嫩梢挥发物的主要组分为β-榄香烯(17.0%)、β-罗勒烯(15.22%)、β-水芹烯(14.29%),而黄龙病嫩梢挥发物的主要组分为β-水芹烯(59.98%)、β-榄香烯(9.04%)。健康和黄龙病沙糖桔释放的挥发性化学物质种类差异较大,同种化合物的含量差异也较大。Diaphorina citri Kuwayama is a primary vector of citrus huanglongbing( HLB). It has been proved that the HLB- infected citrus with young shoots were more attracted to D. citri than non- infected citrus. In this study,the volatile compounds were extracted from young shoots of HLB- infected and non- infected citrus respectively using headspace solid phase micro- extraction method. The extracted compounds were then analyzed by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry( GC / MS) combined technology. The result showed that the primary volatile compounds from both HLB- infected and non-infected citrus were olefins and alcohols. The main components of the compounds from non- infected shoots were β- Elemene,β- Ocimene and β- Phellandrene,whose relative content were 17. 0%,15. 22% and 14. 29% respectively. The main components of compounds from non- infected shoots wereβ- Phellandrene and β- Elemene,whose relative content were 59. 98% and 9. 04% respectively. The result demonstrated that chemical components of the volatile compounds were greatly different between non- infected and HLB- infected citrus,and the contents of the same component were also different.
