摘　　要：目的探讨安全目标管理在胃癌术后患者留置胃管中的实施效果。方法成立目标管理小组,调查并分析留置胃管安全管理现状、设定管理目标、制定留置胃管护理工作流程与标准、组织全员参与实施、进行效果评价,不断改进留置胃管的护理方法。结果实施安全目标管理前后胃管安全事件发生率、患者健康知识知晓率、患者对护理工作满意率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论实施安全目标管理有助于规范胃管护理流程,降低胃管安全事件的发生,提高患者健康知识知晓率及患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of safety management by objectives of indwelling gastric tube in postoperative gastric cancer patients. Methods We built a management team,investigated current status of safety management of indwelling gastric tube, set management objectives, formulated procedures and standards for care of indwelling gastric tube, organized nurses to implement the measures, evaluated effects, and continuously improved care of. gastric tube. Results There were significant differences in the occurrence rate of adverse events, patients＇ awareness of health related knowledge, and patient satisfaction with nursing service before and after the intervention （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The implementation of safety management by objectives which helps to standardize process of gastric tube care, reduces adverse events of gastric tube, and improves patients＇ perceptions of health related knowledge and satisfaction with nursing service .
