摘　　要：Kruppel样转录因子8(KLF8)是KLFs家族中的一员,其在羧基端含有3个保守的C2H2锌指结构及氨基端可变的转录调节结构域,转录调节结构域含PVALS/T基序,在氨基端和羧基端内存在核定位序。KLF8在细胞侵袭和上皮-间质转化、细胞周期循环、细胞致癌性转化及各种肿瘤(肝癌、口腔癌、卵巢癌、胃癌)发生发展中发挥重要作用。Kruppel-like factor 8 （KLF8） is a member of Kruppel-like transcription factors （KLFs） family. It shares three well-conserved C2H2 zinc finger domalns on its C-terminus and variable transcriptional regulation domaln on its N-terminus. Its transcriptional regulation domaln has PVALS/T motif. Nuclear localization signal exists on C-terminus and N-terminus. KLF8 plays an important role on cell cycle, cell invasion, epithelial tomesenchymal transition, cellula oncogenic transformation and occurrence and development of variety of tumors （liver cancer, oral cancer, ovarian cancer and stomach cancer）.
