摘 要:选择来源广泛的石英砂作为负载体,以Fe Cl3为原料,用加热蒸发法合成制备简便且易于过滤的新型材料——涂铁石英砂(IOCS)。合成的IOCS表面的铁氧化物以赤铁矿为主,含铁量为11.73%,比表面积较改性前提高12.2倍。IOCS对As(V)的吸附动力学实验和等温吸附实验结果显示其吸附As(V)平衡时间为80 min,对As(V)的最大吸附量为1.22 mg/g。吸附符合Lagergren准二级动力学模型和Langmuir吸附等温模型,是表面吸附和共沉淀并存的过程。当初始As(V)浓度分别为0.1 mg/L、1 mg/L、5 mg/L,IOCS投加量与溶液中As(V)质量比分别为20000∶1和10000∶1时,在p H=6和p H=8.5两种条件下,IOCS对As(V)的平均去除率分别为86.10%和80.39%。In this study, iron oxide-coated sand (IOCS) was synthesized by heating vaporization and using extensive-source quartz sand as the carrier and FeCI3 as the material. IOCS mainly consists of hematite with iron contents of 11.73 % and specific surface area 12.2 times that of the original quartz sand. Results from adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption experiments show that the equilibrium time for arsenic adsorption on IOCS is 80 min and the maximum arsenic adsorption capacity is 1.22 mg/g. The adsorption conforms to the second-order kinetic model and the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model. Both the surface adsorption and the co-precipitation exist in the process. When the initial concentrations of arsenic in the solution are 0. 1, 1.0 and 5.0 mg/L, the ratio between masses of IOCS and As(V) in the solution is 20000:1 and 10000:1 and pH is 6 and 8.5, respectively, the average removal rate of arsenic is as high as 86.10% and 80.39%.
