摘　　要：目的:通过系统药理学方法预测四君子汤的活性成分。方法:利用系统药理学方法,构建四君子汤分子数据库,采用口服生物利用度和类药性评估对四君子汤的活性成分进行预测。结果:四君子汤中有52个化合物满足口服生物利用度(OB)≥30%,类药性指数(DL)≥0.18。结论:四君子汤中有52个化合物具有较好的药理学活性,可进行下一步化合物-靶点-疾病(C-T-D)网络构建的研究。Objective ：To predict the active ingredients of Sijunzi decoction based on systematic pharmacology method. Methods：The active ingredients of Sijunzi decoction were predicted through building the molecule database of Sijunzi decoction. Oral bioavailability and evaluating drug-likeness were used to detect the active ingredients. Results：Total 52 compounds of Sijunzi decoction meet the requirement of oral bioavailability （OB）≥30%,drug-like index（DL）≥0.18. Conclusion：There are 52 compounds in Sijunzi decoction possessing pharmacological activity to meet further study on the network building of compound-target-disease（C-T-D）.
