摘  要:目的:研究蔷薇红景天有效成分的纯化工艺。方法:以红景天苷和酪萨维的含量及其回收率为指标,筛选纯化蔷薇红景天有效成分的最佳树脂型号及最佳工艺。结果:AB-8树脂分离效果较好,最佳工艺为:上样液中红景天苷、酪萨维的浓度分别为171μg/m L、248.25μg/m L,上样流速2 BV/h,径高比1∶7,比上柱量分别为6.93 mg/g、10.05 mg/g,先用水洗脱除杂,再以12 BV40%乙醇洗脱,洗脱流速为4 BV/h,树脂可重复利用3次。结论:该法简单可行,分离效果好,能满足大生产的要求。Objective:To study purification technology of effective components from Rhodiola rosea L.. Methods:By comparing the content and recovery ratio of salidroside and rosea during the process of purification, we optimized macroporous resins and the optimal technological parameters of the purification process of effective component of Rhodiola rosea L. Results:The AB-8 macroporous resin had the best separating efficiency. The optimum purification process conditions were as follows:the concentrations of salidroside and rosea in original solution were 171 μg/mL,248.25 g/mL,absorp flowing rate was 2 BV/h,diameter vs height:1:7, and the adsorption capacity were 6.93 mg/g,10 mg/g,respectively, water was used as purificant and 12 BV of 40% alcohol was used as eluant,elution flowing rate was 4 BV/h,regenerate the resin after using three times. Conclusion:This method is simple and feasible with good effect of separation,which can meet industrial requirements.
