摘 要:目的 :研究荆芥穗提取物不同部位对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的体外抗病毒活性。方法:荆芥穗提取液经过D101大孔树脂吸附后,依次用水、25%乙醇、50%乙醇、75%乙醇进行洗脱。采用MA-104细胞感染模型,以利巴韦林为阳性对照药,初步检测其体外抗病毒活性。在显微镜下观察细胞病变,酶标仪测中性红染色OD值,计算治疗指数(TI)。结果:水洗脱液的1,2,3号均有抗RSV的效果,其中尤以2号最为有效,其TI为63.55。结论:荆芥穗的水溶性成分对RSV病毒有明显的抑制作用。Objective:To study antiviral activities of different components extracted from Sehizonepetae tenuifolia Briq. on respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) in vitro. Methods:The extraction solution of Schiznepeta tenuifolia Briq. was absorbed by D101 macroporous resin,and then washing it with water,25% ethanol,50% ethanol and 75% ethanol respectively. Through MA-104 cells infection model and using Ribavirin as a positive control,anti-RSV activity was detected in vitro, Cytopathic effect was carried out by microscope,neutral red staining OD value was measured by ELIASA and therapeutic index(TI) was calculated. Results:The washing liquid of No. 1,2,3 had the effects of anti-RSV. The most effective liquid was No.2,its TI was 63.55. Conclusion:Water-soluble components of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. has obvious effects of anti-RSV.
