摘　　要：王国才认为小儿脑瘫以脾肾亏虚、髓海不充,督脉瘀阻、窍闭神匿为其基本病机,治疗以补益脾肾、通督调神、醒脑开窍为主要治则,将推拿与针刺相结合,其中推拿需结合现代康复理念及手法,而针法则采用独创的禅针刺法,取得了较好的临床疗效。Wang Guocai points out that spleen-kidney deficiency,marrow deficiency,blood stasis in governor vessel,obstruction of orifices of brain hidden the spirit are the basic pathogenesis of child cerebral palsy,and reinforcing spleen and kidney,dredging the governor vessel and regulating mentality,consciousness-restoring resuscitation are the main treatment principles. Bu using Massage integrated with new concepts of rehabilitation and techniques of original Zen acupuncture,Wang achieved good clinical efficacy in treating child cerebral palsy.
