摘　　要：PorelTM针织面料采用分散染料染色,研究了染色温度、染色时间、染料种类和用量对上染率、K/S值和色牢度的影响。结果表明,PorelTM纤维可在常压条件染色,优化的染色工艺为：染色温度100℃,p H值5～6,平衡吸附时间45 min;染色产品具有良好的耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。Disperse dyeing of PorelTM knitted fabric is carried out. The effects of dyeing temperature and time, the type and concentration of dyes on exhaustion, K/S value and color fastness of PorelTM are stud- ied. The results show that PorelTM fiber can be dyed at normal pressure. The optimum dyeing process is： dyeing temperature 100 ℃, pH value of dye liquor 5 ～ 6, equilibrium adsorption time about 45 min. The PorelTM dyeings have good color fastness to washing and rubbing.
