中共民主革命时期制度建设的内在逻辑与现实启示

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义制度是我们党长期奋斗、创造和积累的重大成就。党在新民主主义革命时期局部执政的制度建设为中国特色社会主义制度的形成奠定了重要基础,积累了丰富经验,留下了宝贵遗产。纵观中共民主革命时期制度建设的轨迹可以看出,民主逻辑与革命逻辑的相互交织、中国实际与外在模式的有机结合、制度继承与制度创新的辩证统一,构成了影响中共局部执政时期制度演化走向的三重逻辑。深入研究和系统总结中国共产党在新民主主义革命时期制度创新成果和宝贵历史经验,对于深化社会主义制度建设史研究,科学把握中国特色社会主义制度的历史渊源,在全面深化改革的新的历史条件下更好地推进中国特色社会主义制度自我完善和发展,具有十分重要的理论价值和实践意义。The system of China-characteristic socialism is our Party＇ s significant accomplishment through rm struggle, creation and accumulation. In times of neo-democratic revolution, the Party laid a primary foundation for China-characteristic socialist system by construction of institutions of regional government, accu- mulated rich experience and left precious heritages. Therefore, a deep study and systematic summary of the Communist Party of China＇s accomplishments and precious historical experience in institutional innovation in times of neo-democratic revolution is of theoretical and practical significance to deepening studies of history of construction of socialist system, scientifically locating the historical origin of China-characteristic socialist system and better promoting self-improvement and development of China-characteristic socialist system under the new historical circumstances of wholesomely deepening reform.
