摘 要:在过去的30年中,我国糖尿病患病率明显增长,2型糖尿病患者常伴随高血糖、肥胖和血脂异常等其他多种心血管危险要素,这些因素综合作用可直接促进动脉粥样硬化和心血管疾病的发生、发展,严重影响患者身心健康,是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因。超重和肥胖人群明显增加,已成为中国糖尿病患病原因之一。肥胖和糖尿病大血管病变的发生有密切的关系,其中脂肪细胞分泌的脂肪细胞因子有可能是连接二者的纽带。近年来发现的脂肪细胞因子Chemerin,可通过多种途径参与糖脂代谢途径。因此,本文旨在分析Chemerin与糖尿病大血管病变的关系,为早期发现,早期诊断,早期治疗糖尿病大血管病变提供思路。The past 30 years, diabetes prevalence rate increased significantly in China.Type 2 diabetes is often associated with multiple cardiovascular risk factors hyperglycemia,obesity and dyslipidemia,clustering of these risk factors can contribute directly to atherosclerosis and the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease, seriously affecting the health of patients, is the main cause of death in patients with diabetes.The proportion of overweight and obesity increased significantly, has become one of the causes of diabetes epidemic.Obesity and diabetes mellitus macroangiopathy have a close relationship, where the adipose cells secrete adipokines may be the connection between the two bond.Recently discovered adipokines chemerin may be involved in glucose and lipid metabolism pathway through a variety of ways. Therefore, this article aims to analyze the relationship between chemerin and diabetes mellitus macroangiopathy.For early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of diabetic macrovascular provide ideas.
