摘　　要：田振国教授认为肛门湿疹多为湿热风邪留滞皮肤腠理之中结而不散所致,分为两型:湿热蕴结、血虚生风。提出治当清热利湿、养血祛风止痒;针对"湿、热、风"邪的病机特点,运用整体观念,清热利湿、养血祛风,创建祛湿止痒口服方(龙胆草、生地各20g,黄芩10g,白鲜皮、当归各15g,栀子10g,川芎、防风、荆芥各15g,蝉蜕、车前子各10g,泽泻、柴胡各15g,甘草10g等)、肛门湿疹熏洗方(苦参、土茯苓、黄芩、黄柏、蛇床子、地肤子、地榆各50g,大风子、白矾、木鳖子、白芷各15g等),内服煎剂配合熏洗、局部外敷等特色疗法,内外同治,标本兼顾,疗效满意。Dr. Tian ZG believes that the anal eczema is caused by damp-heat and wind pathogenic factors staying in the skin of the rectum and anal skin, according to the characteristics of divided into two categories： accumulation of damp heat, blood deficiency wind.He puts forward the treatment should be cleaning dampheat, nourishing blood, expelling wind and stopping itching.For the pathogenesis characteristics of damp-heat and wind,he uses the concept of traditional Chinese medicine,cleaning damp-heat,cleaning wind and rishing blood,drinking decoction combining with herbal fumigation and external applications and other characteristic therapy to get internal-external treatment, address both the symptoms and root cause and the curative effect of satisfaction.
