血腑逐瘀汤治疗心绞痛急性发作随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察血腑逐瘀汤治疗心绞痛急性发作疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将130例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组75例异乐定,50mg/次,1次/d;肌苷葡萄糖,100m L/次,1次/d,静滴。治疗组75例血腑逐瘀汤(桃仁、红花、当归、川芎、生地、赤芍、柴胡、枳壳各10g,甘草6g,赤芍、桔梗、牛膝各10g),1剂/d,水煎150m L,早晚口服。连续治疗56d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛、心电图、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈59例,显效10例,无效6例,总有效率92.00%。对照组痊愈25例,显效24例,无效21例,总有效率72.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。相关指标治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]血腑逐瘀汤治疗心绞痛急性发作,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Fu Zhu Yu Tang blood adjuvant treatment efficacy in acute exacerbation of angina. [Methods]Using random parallel control method, 130 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups dice method is simple. The control group 75 cases of different clonidine,50 mg / times,1 time / d; inosine glucose,100 m L / second,1 / d,intravenous infusion. Treatment group 75 cases of bowel stasis of blood soup（Taoren,Honghua,Danggui,Chuanqiong,Shengdi,Chishao,Chaihu,Zhike each 10 g,Gancao 6g,Chishao,Jiegeng,Niuxi 10g）,1/d,decoction 150 m L,sooner or later orally. 56 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, angina,ECG,adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] 59 cases were cured, effective in 10 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency of 92.00%. Control group,25 cases cured,cured 24 cases,ineffective in 21 cases, the total efficiency of 72.00%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Blood Fu Zhu Yu Tang adjuvant treatment of acute attacks of angina effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
