益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将46例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组23例胃复春,1.44g/次,3次/d。治疗组23例益胃汤(白术、当归、黄芩、莪术各15g,黄芪、薏苡仁各30g,升麻7g,柴胡10g),3次/d,水煎300m L,3次/d。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃黏膜、纤体萎缩、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈6例,显效13例,无效4例,总有效率82.60%。对照组痊愈3例,显效9例,无效11例,总有效率52.17%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Yiwei Tang efficacy of the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. [Methods]Using random parallel control method, 46 cases of hospitalized patients by a coin toss method is simple randomized into two groups. The control group 23 cases Weifuchun, 1.44g/time, 3 times/d. Treatment group 23 cases Yiwei Tang（Baizhu,Danggui,Huangqi,E＇zhu each 15 g, Huangqi,Yiyiren 30 g, Shengma 7g, Chaihu 10g）, 3 times / d, decoction 300 m L, 3 times / d. 90 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, gastric, slimming atrophy, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] Treatment group recovered 6 cases, effective in 13 cases, ineffective in 4 cases, the total efficiency of 82.60%. In the control group healed 3 cases were cured, 9 cases, 11 cases, the total efficiency of 52.17%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Yiwei Tang treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, the effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
