金黄散外敷联合TDP理疗仪护理化疗性静脉炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察金黄散外敷联合TDP理疗仪护理化疗性静脉炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组50例硫酸镁湿敷,50%硫酸镁浸湿纱布湿敷在静脉炎处,外层用保鲜膜包裹,药液吸收后去除保鲜膜,1次/d。治疗组50例金黄散(大黄、黄柏、姜黄、白芷、南星、陈皮、苍术、厚朴、甘草、天花粉)研末,用醋调匀,调和成糊状敷于静脉炎处,两层纱布敷盖,外用保鲜膜包裹,2h/次,1次/d;TDP理疗仪,0.5h/次,1次/d。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈32例,显效14例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率98%。对照组治愈15例,显效20例,有效7例,无效8例,总有效率84%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]金黄散外敷联合TDP理疗仪护理化疗性静脉炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the external application of Jinhuang San combined with TDP therapy instrument care chemotherapeutic phlebitis curative effect. [Method] Using random parallel control method, 100 cases hospitalized patients according to treatment sequence number is simple and randomly divided into two groups. 50 cases of the control group Magnesium sulfate wet compress with gauze, 50% Magnesium sulfate wet compress on phlebitis, wrapped with cling film, liquid absorption after the removal of fresh-keeping film, 1 /d. The treatment group of 50 cases of Jinhuang San（rhubarb, phellodendron, Jiang Huang, dahurian angelica root, Arisaema, tangerine peel, liquorice, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Hou Pu, trichosanthin grind end）, vinegar and mix thoroughly, harmonic into a pasteon phlebitis, two layers of gauze apply cover, parcel, external use preservative film 2h/ times, 1 times /d; TDP physiotherapy instrument 0.5h/, 1, /d. Continuous treatment with 5D for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, curative effect. [Results] The treatment group 32 cases were cured, 14 cases markedly effective, effective 3 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency of 98%. The control group cured 15 cases, markedly effective in 20 cases, effective 7 cases, invalid 8 cases, the total efficiency of 84%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The curative effect of Jinhuang San combined with San topical TDP therapy instrument care chemotherapeutic phlebitis satisfied, no serious adverse reaction, is worth promoting.
