摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)可归属于痹症范畴,乃六淫之邪侵扰人体筋骨关节,闭阻经脉气血,肢体沉重、关节剧痛,甚至肢体拘挛屈曲,或强直畸形,为风、寒、湿邪侵袭,气血凝滞局部,又与卫阳不足密切相关。治疗以补虚、解表、祛风、利水渗湿、活血化瘀、清热、平肝熄风、温里、化湿、化痰止咳平喘、理气等药物配伍加减。单味药提取物有川芎嗪、雷公藤多苷等,复方中药有清痹汤、四藤汤、补阳还五汤等,同时根据不同证型,随证立法,加减变化。Rheumatoid arthritis（RA） is a chronic systemic disease, mainly inflammatory synovitis, according to its symptom and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine, to be classified as category of poliomyelitis. Is the evil of the six evils of intrusion human bones and joints, closed resistance meridians qi and blood, heavy body, joint pain and even body Ju Luan buckling, or stiffness deformities. Its incidence is wind, cold, the origin, qi grinds to local, and is closely related to the insufficient Wei Yang. Treatment to tonify deficiency, nourish, wind and water permeability dampness, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, clear heat, liver out in the wind, temperature, dampness, phlegm cough and asthma, warming drug compatibility to add and subtract. Single herbs extract more than ligustrazine, tripterygium wilfordii glycosides, such as compound traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） has clear soup, four cane it certification, Yang also five soups, etc., at the same time, according to the different syndrome types in the legislation, add and subtract.
