摘　　要：孟安琪教授认为月经过少虚实夹杂,肾虚为本,严重可致闭经、不孕,影响女性的生活质量。孟师治本调经,故补肾为第一治疗大法,根据月经周期不同(经后期、经前期及经期)辨证加减。Professor MENG Anqi thinks that hypomenorrhea deficiency, kidney deficiency, serious can cause amenorrhea, infertility, affecting the quality of life of women. MENG cure kidney Tiaojing, so for the first treatment, according to the different menstrual cycle （by the late, premenstrual and menstrual） to dialectical addition and subtraction, curative effect satisfaction.
