补肾益元汤联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察补肾益元汤联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例降糖药物或胰岛素,空腹血糖7mmol/L,餐后血糖〈10mmol/L。并发高血压可提供降压药物,维持血压在（130~140/80~90）mm Hg;福欣普利,10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组30例补肾益元汤,活血利水、补肾益气（黄芪50g,山茱萸、当归、丹参各25g,白术、黄精各20g,太子参、熟地黄各15g,三七粉5g,肾阳虚加鹿角霜20g,淫羊藿、菟丝子各15g;肾阴虚加枸杞子25g,龟板20g,麦冬15g;热盛津伤加石膏30g,知母15g,人参10g;气虚加党参20g;高血压加生石决明、天麻、钩藤各15g,夏枯草15g）,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、平均动脉压、尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血肌酐、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效10例,有效15例,无效5例,总有效率83.33%。对照组显效6例,有效11例,无效13例,总有效率56.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。相关指标两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]补肾益元汤联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Shen Yi Yuan Tang combined western medicine diabetic nephropathy. [Methods] randomized parallel-group method using the 60 eases of outpatient and inpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups. The control group 30 cases hypoglyeemic drugs or insulin, fasting glucose 7mmol / L, postprandial blood glueose〈10mmol / L. Hypertension available antihypertensive drugs to maintain blood pressure at （130-140/80-90） mmHg; Fuxin Plymouth, 10mg / times, 1 times / d. Treatment group of 30 patients kidney Yiyuan Tang Blood and Water, kidney Qi（Huangqi50g, Shanzhuyu,Danggui, Danshen25g, Baizhu,Huangjing 20g, Taizishen,Shudihuang 15g, Sanqi 5g, deficiency plus Lujiaoshuang 20g, Yinyanghuo,Tusizi 15g; kidney plus Gouqizi 25g, Guiban 20g,Maidong 15g; heat Sheng Jin injury Shigao30g, Zhimu 15g, Renshen 10g; Qi and Dangshen20g; hypertension plus Shengshijueming,Tianma,Gouteng 15g, Xiakueao 15g）, 1 a / d, decoction 200mL, sooner or later oral; Western medicine with the control group. 10d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, meau arterial pressure, urine protein, serum albumin, total cholesterol, triglyeerides, creatinine, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results]Treated 10 eases markedly effective in 15 cases, 5 eases, the total efficiency of 83.33%. 6 cases in the control group were markedly effective in 11 eases, 13 eases, the total efficiency of 56.67%. Treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Related indicators have improved both groups （P〈0.05）, the treatment group than the control group improvement （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Shen Yi Yuan Tang combined western medicine diabetic nephropathy satisfied, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
