通淋方联合西药治疗慢性前列腺炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察通淋方联合西药治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将140例门诊及住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。忌食油腻、辛辣、刺激、食物,戒烟戒酒、避免重体力劳动。对照组70例前列康,2.5g/次,3次/d。治疗组70例通淋方(泽泻、车前子、茯苓各15g,猪苓、石苇、萹蓄各12g,生地15g,王不留行、益母草、泽兰、怀牛膝各12g,蒲公英15g,白茅根12g,菟丝子15g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、NIH-CPSI评分、EPS、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈25例,显效30例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率92.86%。对照组痊愈17例,显效22例,有效13例,无效18例,总有效率74.29%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。NIH-CPSI积分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]通淋方联合西药治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Tong[in western side of the joint effect of the treatment of chronic prosta｜itis. [Methods]Randomized parallel-group method using the 140 cases of outpatient and inpatient disease blog by simple random number lottery law into two groups. Eat greasy, spicy, stimulating, food, tobacco and alcohol, avoid heavy physical labor. 70 cases in the control group Qianliekang, 2.5g / time, 3 times / d. Treatment group 70 cases Tonglin party （Zexie, Cheqianzi, Fuling 15g, Zhuling,Shiwei,Bianxu each 12g, Shengdi 15g, Wangbuliuxing,Yimucao,Zelan ,Huainiuxi 12g, Pugngying 15g, Baimaogen 12g, Tusizi 15g）, 1 a / d, decoction 20OraL, sooner or later oral; Western medicine with the control group. 15d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, NIH- CPSI score, EPS inspection adverse reactions. 4 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] The cure 25 cases, effective in 30 cases, 10 cases, 5 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 92.86%. Cured 17 cases in the control group, 22 cases markedly effective in 13 cases, 18 cases, the total efficiency of 74.29%. Treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. NIH-CPSI integral improvement in both groups （P〈0.05）, to improve the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Tonglin western side of the joint treatment of chronic prostatitis results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
