血腑逐瘀汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察血腑逐瘀汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将200例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组100例单硝酸异山梨酯,40mg/次,1次/d;阿司匹林,100mg/次,1次/d;心绞痛发作时舌下含服硝酸甘油,0.5mg/次。治疗组100例血腑逐瘀汤(生地15g,当归20g,桃仁、红花各15g,桔梗、甘草各20g;痰浊明显加半夏15g,全瓜萎25g;阳虚明显加桂枝15g;气虚明显加黄芪25g,党参15g;胸痛剧烈加檀香15g,三七粉5g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗6周为1疗程。观测临床症状、心电图、TC、TG、HDL、LDL、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效38例,有效45例,无效17例,总有效率83.00%。对照组显效35例,有效18例,无效47例,总有效率53.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血脂指标治疗组大部分有改善(P>0.05),对照组无有改善(P>0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]血腑逐瘀汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。[Objective] To observe Fu Zhu Yu Tang blood combined effect of western medicine treatment of angina pectoris.[Methods]Using random parallel control method, 200 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups dice method is simple. The control group 100 cases isosorbide dinitrate, 40mg / times, 1 times / d; aspirin, 100mg / times, 1 times / d; sublingual nitroglycerin angina attack, 0.5mg / times. Blood treated 100 cases of bowel stasis soup （Sengdi 15g, Danggui 20g, Taoren,Honghua 15g, Jiegeng,Gancao 20g; phlegm obvious plus Banxia 15g, Quangualou 25g; Yang obvious Guizhi 15g; Deficiency wasHuangqi 25g, Dangshen 15g; severe chest pain plus Tanxiang 15g, Sanqifen 5g）, 1 / d, decoction 400mL, 3 times / d; western medicine with the control group. Continuous treatment six weeks course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, ECG, TC, TG, HDL, LDL, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment four courses, determine efficacy.[Resus]Treatment group 38 cases, effective 45 cases, ineffective in 17 cases, the total efficiency of 83.00%. Control group, 35 cases markedly effective in 18 cases, 47 cases, the total efficiency of 53.00%. Treatment group than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Most of the treatment group improved lipid levels （P〉0.05）, the control group showed no improvement in blood lipids （P〉0.05）, improvement in the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Blood Fu Zhu Yu Tang combined with Western medicine treatment of angina pectoris effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
