中药熏洗联合西药治疗念珠性阴道炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药熏洗联合西药治疗念珠性阴道炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。禁止性生活,禁止穿紧身内裤,注意清淡饮食,勿私自自服其它类药物。对照组50例常规治疗：1碱性药物冲洗阴道（2~4%苏打液）。2制霉菌素阴道栓塞塞入阴道深部,早晚各一次。3酮康唑,0.2g/次,1次/d。治疗组50例中药熏洗（白鲜皮、蛇床子、百部、地肤子、土茯苓各15g,黄柏、苦参各25g）,浸泡30min,文火煎熬2000m L,放凉至室温,熏洗阴道,30min/次,1次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、阴道分泌物、病原菌、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效30例,无效5例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效5例,有效28例,无效17例,总有效率66.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]中药熏洗联合西药治疗念珠性阴道炎效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined western medicine auxiliary curative effect vaginitis of sex of beads. [Methods]Using random parallel control method, 100 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. Prohibitive life, forbidden to wear tight underwear, pay attention to light diet, not to take other drugs. The control group of 50 cases of conventional treatment： （1） basic drugs flush the vagina （2-4% soda fluid）. （2） nystatin deep into the vagina, the vagina embolism in the morning and at a time. （3） ketone health zun, 0.2 g/times, 1/d. Treatment group （50 cases of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation （Baixianpi,Shechnangzi,Baibu,Difuzi,Tufuling each 15 g,Huangbai,Kushen each 25 g）, soak 30 min, slow fire in 2000 ml, cool to room temperature, fume wash the vagina, 30 min/times, 1 / d; Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [Results]The treatment group 15 cases were markedly effective, effective 30 cases, invalid in 5 cases, total effective rate was 90.00%. Control group 5 cases were markedly improved, 28 cases effective, 17 had no effect, the total effective rate was 66.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] TCM fumigation combined western medicine auxiliary treatment of vaginitis of sex of beads effect, is worth promoting.
