玉屏风散、三子养亲汤合小青龙汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察玉屏风散、三子养亲汤合小青龙汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将92例住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组46例持续低流量吸氧,祛痰剂、氨茶碱及激素,抗生素抗感染,纠正水电解质平衡。治疗组46例玉屏风散、三子养亲汤合小青龙汤(白术炒、黄芪各10g,莱菔子炒、法半夏、桂枝、紫苏子、芍药、麻黄各9g,白芥子、甘草炙、五味子、干姜各6g,防风5g;细辛3g;脾气虚加茯苓15g;肾气虚加菟丝子15g;肺气虚者五味子、黄芪加量;久喘者加地龙15g),1剂/d,水煎150m L,早晚温服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、第1秒末用力呼吸量(FEV1.0)、最大呼气峰流量(PEF)、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制14例,显效15例,有效10例,无效7例,总有效率84.78%。对照组临床控制6例,显效17例,有效7例,无效16例,总有效率65.22%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]玉屏风散、三子养亲汤合小青龙汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe Yupingfengsan, three sons and raising pro-soup together XQLD efficacy of combined treatment of bronchial asthma medicine. [Methods]Uses random parallel control method, 92 cases of hospitalized patients with treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups. 46 cases of conventional treatment group, I continued low flow oxygen therapy, I expectorant, theophylline and hormones, antibiotics at the same time I anti-infection treatment, correct water and electrolyte balance. Treatment group of 46 patients Yupingfengsan, raising three children together pro-Tang XQLD （Hnangqi,Baizhu each 10g, Laifuzi,Fabanxia,Guizhi,Zisuzi,Shaoyao,Mahuang each 9g, Baijiezi,Gancao,Wuweizi,Ganjaing 6g, Fangfeng 5g, Xixin 3g; Spleen Qi plus Fuling 15g; kidney deficiency Tusizi 15g; lung Qi Wuweizi,Huangqi dosage; the disease for a long time with Dilong 15g）, a / d, decoction 150mL, moming and evening, warm clothes. 7d continuous treatment for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, the first one second forced expiratory volume at the end （FEV1.0）, peak expiratory flow （PEF）, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 3 courses, to determine efficacy. [Results] control treatment group 14 cases, 15 cases, 10 cases, 7 cases, the total efficiency of 84.78%. 6 cases of clinical control group, 17 eases markedly effective in 7 cases, 16 cases, the total efficiency 65.22%. Treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Yupingfengsan, three sons and raising pro-soup together XQLD bronchial asthma combined with Western medicine treatment satisfaction effect, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
