排石汤联合西药治疗泌尿系结石随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察排石汤联合西药治疗泌尿系结石疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序号简单随机分为三组。A组40例止血、镇痛利尿、抗感染以及解痉补液,使用青霉素、维生素K、维生素B6、维生素C、654-2等静脉滴注,黄体酮肌注等。B组40例排石汤(甘草、内金、大黄各15g,云苓20g,金钱草25g,泽泻20g,党参10g,威灵仙、石苇各25g,当归10g,白芍25g,滑石15g,牛膝20g,枳壳15g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。C组40例排石汤治疗同B组,西药治疗同A组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、结石、尿常规、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程(21d),判定疗效。[结果]A组痊愈10例,有效13例,无效17例,总有效率57.50%。B组痊愈9例,有效15例,无效16例,总有效率60.00%。C组痊愈14例,有效19例,无效7例,总有效率82.50%。疗效C组>B组>A组(P<0.05)。[结论]排石汤联合西药治疗泌尿系结石效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the row of stone soup combined with Western medicine treatment of urinary stones treatment. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 120 cases of outpatient and inpatient numbers lottery law by disease Chi simple randomized into two groups. A group of 40 cases of conventional Western medicine. I-Iemostatic, analgesic diuretic, anti-infective and antispasmodic rehydration therapy, the use of penicillin, vitamin K, vitamin B6, vitamin C, 654-2, etc. intravenous infusion, intramuscular progesterone and so on. Group B 40 example of an exclusivity Stone Soup （Ganca,Neijin,Dahuang 15g, Yunling 20g, Jinqiancao 25g, Zexie 20g, Dangshen 10g, Weilingxian,Shiwei each 25g, Danggui 10g, Baishao 25g, Huashil5g , Niuxi 20g, Zhike 15g）, 1 / d, decoction 200mL, sooner or later orally. Group C 40 Western medicine therapy combined with row of stone soup. 7d is a continuous course of treatment. Clinical observations, microscopic examination of stones volume, blood cells, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment three courses （21d）, to determine efficacy. [Results] A group cured 10 cases, effective 13 cases, ineffective in 17 cases, the total efficiency of 57.50%. Group B recovered nine cases, effective 15 eases, ineffective in 16 cases, the total efficiency of 60.00%. Group C cured 14 cases, effective in 19 cases, seven cases, the total efficiency of 82.50%. C groue〉B grouP〉A group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Row of stone soup combined with Western medicine treatment of urinary stones effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
