摘　　要：小儿麻痹后遗症股骨髁上截骨术可显著改善步行能力,提高生存质量。综合护理包括术前心理、饮食、手术区皮肤护理及术后密切观测病情、伤口疼痛、石膏托固定、功能锻炼等方法,有助于疾病消除术前不利因素,帮助术后恢复,提高临床疗效。The sequelae of infantile paralysis of femoral supracondylar osteotomy can significantly improve walking ability, improve the quality of life. Comprehensive nursing including preoperative psychological, diet, operationarea of skin care and postoperative close observation of disease, wound pain, plaster fixation, functional training and other methods, help to eliminate the unfavorable factors of disease before operation, help the postoperative recovery, improve the clinical efficacy.
