摘 要:活性焦烟气净化技术在燃煤电厂应用较少,对此提出了大型燃煤电厂活性焦烟气净化方案,论述了主要系统的设计及选型原则。以某电厂扩建2×660 MW机组配套采用本工艺为例,分析了活性焦烟气净化系统应用于大型燃煤电厂的投资概算和运行成本,并从环保和节水方面,阐述了该技术在环保重点地区燃煤电厂和富煤缺水地区煤电基地的应用前景。There are few application cases of activated coke flue gas purification in coal-fired power plants. On this basis, the flue gas purification scheme using activated coke was presented and the design and type selection disciplines of main systems were discussed. Taking two 660 MW units as the example,the invest- ment and operating cost of using activated coke to clean the flue gas in large scale power plants were ana- lyzed. Finally, on the basis of the advanced environmental performance and high water saving property of this technology, its broad application prospect in both coal-fired power plants in key environmental protec- tion areas and coal-electricity base with rich coal but shortage of water was presented.
