摘 要:利用吸收式热泵回收汽轮机凝汽余热来提高电厂的供热能力和能源利用效率,是大型热电联产节能领域的重点研究方向。在该类型系统中,抽汽和凝汽参数的选择既影响着凝汽余热利用系统的性能,又影响着供热机组运行的安全与经济性。对此,在深入剖析大型供热机组的设计和工作机理的基础上,从运行安全出发,确定基于凝汽余热利用的抽、凝参数的选择依据及关联,分析凝汽余热利用对供热机组发电的影响,结果表明:空冷机组在小容积流量工况下比湿冷机组具备更强的适应能力;应综合供热和发电2方面因素评价凝汽余热利用热电联产系统的能源利用效率。One of the most important research fields in combined heat and power (CHP) is to recycle the condenser waste heat by absorption heat pump, which can enhance the heating capacity and energy utiliza- tion efficiency of the plants. In this system, parameters selection for the extraction steam and condensed steam will affect the system performance and the safe and economic operation of the cogeneration units. Thus,on the basis of deeply analyzing the design and operation mechanism of large cogeneration units,the selection principle and correlation of extraction steam parameters and condensing steam parameters were determined,from the aspect of safe operation, to better utilization of condenser waste heat. At last, the effect of waste heat utilization on power generation was investigated. The results show that, under condi- tions with small volumetric flow, the air cooling unit has stronger adaptability than the wet cooling unit. Both the heating and power generation should be considered to evaluate the energy utilization efficiency of the cogeneration units with waste heat recovery.
