摘  要:电厂CO2捕集技术主要以燃烧后CO2捕集技术为主,其具有改造成本低、捕集效率高等特点。以超超临界600 MW机组HG-1793/26.15-YM1燃煤锅炉为例,利用Thermoflow软件,分别对燃烧系统、汽水系统、冷却系统进行模拟计算,提出了CO2捕集装置与现役超临界机组的集成优选方案。结果表明:脱碳机组集成后,CO2捕集效率为90%时,集成机组净效率下降10.87%,燃煤量增加17.61%,CO2排放量降至90.55g/(kW·h),SOx排放量由0.042 2g/(kW·h)降至接近0。At present,the main CO2 capture technology for power plants is post combustion CO2 capture, which has advantages of low cost in reforming and high capture efficiency. Taking the HG-1793/26. 15- YM1 boiler in an ultra supercritical 600 MW unit as an example,the Thermoflow software was adopted to carry out simulation investigation on the combustion system, steam water system and cooling system in de- tail,and the system integrated scheme was put forward. The results show that,with the COz capture effi- ciency of 90% ,the integrated unit's net efficiency will decrease by 10.87% ,the coal consumption will in- crease by 17.61%,the COz emission will reduce to 90.55 g/(kW·h) and the SOx emission will also drop from 0.042 2 g/(kW·h) to near-zero.
