基于SolidWorks直线振动筛横梁的有限元分析

摘　　要：以筛箱宽度为3000 mm的直线振动筛圆管梁为参考,在保证定位尺寸不变的情况下,选择圆管梁、H型横梁和方型横梁结构,应用SolidWorks软件建立各自的三维模型,对其进行有限元分析及共振验算、受力分析和强度计算,结果表明,圆管梁为最优选择;有限元分析也为振动筛横梁的设计提供了理论依据。Taking the tube beam of a linear vibration screen having width of 3 000 mm as reference, under the condition of ensuring the dimensions of position unchanged,selecting a cross beam with cross section of circle, H and square, setting up separate three dimensional model by applying the software of SolidW orks,finite element analysis,check calculation of resonance,analysis of forces applied and calculation of strength taken, denoted by result that circular beam being the best choice; finite element analysis giving a theory base for designing the cross beam of screen.
