能适应带宽的多格式视频文件统一WEB发布方法

摘　　要：在视频监控系统日常应用中,经常需要发布多种格式的视频文件,并且需要考虑带宽差异,保证不同客户都能观看到流畅视频。针对这一需求,使用COM组件技术屏蔽视频文件的格式差异,将其统一转换为ASF格式,以便使用Windows Media Service流媒体技术进行发布;为了适应带宽,采用牺牲存储空间的策略,在ASF文件中存储相同视频内容的多个不同码率的流,分别适用于不同带宽。最后,通过仿真试验对视频格式兼容性和带宽适应性进行了验证。In the process of video surveillance system application, multi-format video files need to be published, and bandwidth difference must be considered to ensure that everyone can enjoy the smooth video image.The video format difference can be resolved by COM technology,so,multi-format video files can be translated to one format called ASF,which can be published using Windows Media Service;a strategy consuming space is approved to store multi-stream withvarious bit rates in one ASF file,one stream satisfies one bandwidth environment.At last,a simulation experiment is performed and the video format compatibility and bandwidth adaptation are verified.
