摘　　要：产业集群是工业化过程中的普遍现象,代表了一个地区的特色和竞争力。产业集群的萌发、成长有其自身的规律,需要借助比较优势和依靠市场力量,但政策的引导激励和环境的规范有序不可或缺。产业集群也需及时转型升级,方能持续发展。Industrial cluster is a common phenomenon in process of industrialization and it stands for the features and competitiveness of a region. The emerging and growing up of industrial cluster have its own laws, which needs the help of comparative advantage and market force, but guidance and encourage of policies and standard environment are very important. Only by transforming and upgrading itself from time to time, can industrial cluster maitain sustainable development.
