摘 要:以50000m^3 B型LNG独立液货舱为研究对象,采用CFD数值模拟方法,建立B型液货舱传热数学模型,确定其边界条件;分析不同绝热层厚度、绝热材料导热系数、舱外环境温度、绝热层破损等因素对液货舱漏热量及蒸发率影响;最后,获取了绝热层破损、绝热材料导热系数和舱外环境温度等因素变化对B型液货舱漏热量及蒸发率的影响规律,为B型独立液货舱绝热设计提供重要的依据。Taking 50000m^3 type B independent liquid tank as the research object, the CFD numerical simulation method was adopted to establish the mathematical heat transfer model of type B liquid tank and determine the boundary conditions; then, different insulation thickness, thermal conductivity of insulation material, cargo tank external environment temperature, adiabatic layer damage and other factors effects on the liquid cargo tank heat leakage and evaporation rate were analyzed. Finally, the changes law of the liquid cargo tank heat leakage and evaporation rate which were affected by cargo tank external environment temperature, adiabatic layer damage and so on was obtained, which had important implications for innovation and design of the LNG carrier maintenance system.
