摘　　要：提出了一个面向船舶机电设备设计项目的计划管理方案,基于计划制定前期工作的探讨与分析,明确船舶机电设备设计项目计划编制过程,同时论述了船舶机电设备设计项目计划实施过程的控制、进度跟踪、反馈以及调整,以真正实现对计划实施进程的动态监控。A set of management program would be proposed aiming at Marine mechanical and electrical equipment design project. Based on the discussion and analysis of pre-planning work, the planning process is confirmed. In order to monnitor the plan＇s implementation dynamically, the method of controlling, tracking, adjusting during the process of program implementation are established.
