团体心理辅导对武警新兵适应性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨团体心理辅导对武警新兵适应性的影响。方法:将武警某部新兵随机分为干预组86人,接受8次团体心理辅导干预;对照组136人,不接受心理干预。使用军人适应不良自评量表(MMQ)、正性负性情绪量表(PANAS)在干预前、后测量新兵的适应情况。结果:1干预后,干预组与对照组在适应不良总分、环境适应不良因子分及负性情绪分上存在显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预组适应不良总分,人际关系、环境适应不良因子分及负性情绪分显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.05)。2在军人适应不良总分[F(时间*组别)=7.20,P=0.008]和环境适应不良因子[F(时间*组别)=3.97,P=0.047]上,测量前后和是否干预存在显著交互作用。结论:团体心理辅导能够改善新兵的适应性。Objective： To explore the influence of the group psychological counseling on armed police recruits＇ adaptability. Methods： The portion of the armed police recruits were randomly divided into experimental group（86 soldiers） and control group（136 soldiers）. Using the Military Mental Maladjustment Questionnaire（MMQ）, Positive and Negative Affect Scale（PANAS） to measure the adaptability of the new recruits before and after the intervention. Results： ①After the intervention, the experimental group and control group had significant differences in the total score and environmental adaptability factor score of MMQ, and negative affect factor score（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, Experimental group accepted, its total score, interpersonal relationship factor score,environmental adaptability factor score of MMQ, and the negative affect factor score dropped significantly（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. ②The interactions of time and group on the total score[F（time＊group） =7.20, P=0.0080.01] and environmental adaptability factor score[F（time＊group） =3.97, P=0.0470.05] were significant. Conclusion： Group psychological counseling can improve the adaptability of the recruits, while the training process itself does not help the recruits to adapt to the situation.
