摘  要:在河南省南阳地区,南水北调中线渠道工程普遍采用水泥改性土填筑包边的处理方式,避免土的膨胀性对工程造成危害。基于南水北调中线南阳市段工程水泥改性土施工实践,从改性土拌和料水泥掺量比设计、拌和站施工配比计算、生产中水泥掺量检测等方面,分析了改性土拌和质量指标要求及影响因素。通过比较水泥改性土施工技术规定和公路行业两种水泥掺量计算方法,系统分析了改性土拌和料质量指标。In Nanyang Prefecture of Henan Province, modified cement soil was adopted for filling edge of canals during the construction of Middle Route Scheme of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, so as to avoid harm of its expansion to the canal. Evaluation was made on indices for quality of mixing material of modified soil and its influential factors,in terms of design of cement ratio, calculation of matching in mixing station construction and testing of mixing amount of cement in production, according to construction experience of Nanyang Section. A systematic evaluation is conducted to the indices for quality of mixing material of modified soil through comparison of technical standards for modified cement soil construction and calculation method of dosage of two types of cements in road construction.
