摘　　要：通过考察、分析盘形悬式瓷绝缘子的手工胶装过程,查阅已有的瓷绝缘子胶装机设计资料,以UG软件为工具设计了瓷绝缘子自动胶装方案。对比后,最终采用了"矩形流水线、气压驱动、一次搬移、同轴振动胶装"的方式,该套方案能够在瓷绝缘子胶装过程中将钢脚与瓷件进行自动胶装,将极大提高瓷绝缘子胶装的自动化程度、胶装质量和生产效率。After analyzing the manual process of the cap and pm porcelain msmators prouuce uHu looking up the existing design information of porcelain insulator binding machine, The porcelain insulator automatic glue-bonding schemes is designed by using UG software as a tool. After comparison of the schemes, the scheme ＂ a rectangle flow line, using gas as drive, by single-pass transportation and coaxial vibrating perfect binding＂ is adopted finally, the pin and the porcelain can be automatically glue-binding during the porcelain insulator glue-binding process in this scheme, which could greatly improved the automation level, the binding quality, and the production efficiency of the porcelain insulators＇ glue-binding.
