摘  要:使用应变片与动态信号测试分析系统对220 k V盆式绝缘子内水压试验过程进行监测和记录,通过计算分析试验过程中采集的应变值,得出盆式绝缘子试样的破裂起始位置与大致的破裂发展过程。本文所提方法判断结果与现有方法判断结果一致,文中所述方法能够更准确记录和分析盆式绝缘子破裂起始位置、时间和发展趋势以及破坏应力,可为寻找产品结构设计和生产工艺薄弱点、提高产品质量提供帮助。Dynamic signal measurement and analysis system and strain gauge are applied to monitor and record the process of water pressure test on 220 kV basin insulator. Start position and related development of the cracking on the insulator can be obtained through calculation and analysis of strain values sampled. Results of the proposed method are consistent with the traditional method, the proposed method has improved accuracy on the measurement and analysis of the cracking about its position, time point, trend and breaking stress. Thus, the proposed method is helpful in finding vulnerable point in structure design and manufacturing technology, as well as improving the quality of the product.
