摘　　要：论述了各主要类型高压避雷器计数器的动作原理,分析了现阶段对计数器现场校验方法及设备的短板。针对校验标准及计数器校验要求,通过参数设计,对一台雷电浪涌发生器进行结构改造,研制了一种通用型计数器校验仪,能够满足各主要高压避雷器计数器的校验需求,为有效反应避雷器动作状况提供可靠技术支撑。The action principle of various main high voltage surge arrester counters are described and the shortcomings of the current onsite calibration method and device for the counters are analyzed. Based on the requirements of the calibration standards and the counter calibration itself, a general use counter calibration device is developed through the parameter design and the structure renovation to a lightning surge generator, which can meet the calibration needs for various main high voltage surge arrester counters and can provide reliable technical support to reflect effectively the true action situation of the surge arresters.
