摘  要:随着飞机雷电防护技术的发展,需要能够产生多种大电流波形的设备来模拟雷电流进行相关测试。不同的闪电过程主要在电流幅值、转移电荷量、脉冲电流波形形状有所不同,根据这三方面因素,美国机械工程师协会航空推荐准则(SAE ARP 5412A)和美国国防部军用标准(Mil-Std-1757)等相关标准定义了飞机闪电环境测试波形参数。为了满足飞机闪电环境测试要求,本文设计了一套连续多脉冲冲击电流发生器,由产生不同波形的四部分组成,可用于雷电防护测试和特殊放电环境测试,旨在模拟闪电环境并对飞机雷电防护措施有效性做出验证,为机体设计和结构优化提供试验平台。With the development of aircraft lightning protection technology, the equipment which is able to produce a variety of large current waveform is needed to simulate the lightning current for related test. Different lightning process are mainly different in current amplitude, transfer charge, pulse current waveform shape, According to these three factors, the waveform parameters of aircraft lightning environmental test are defined by the American institute of mechanical engineers recommend code(SAE ARP 5412A) and the United States department of defense military standard (Mil - Std - 1757). In order to meet the aircraft lightning environment test requirements, a set of continuous multiple pulse current generator is designed, consist of four parts with different waveform, and can be used for lightning protection test and special discharge environment test, which is designed to simulate lightning environment and verify the effectiveness of aircraft lightning protection measures, and provide experiment platform for body design and structure optimization.
