摘  要:以观音岩水电站现场切割的坝体混凝土梁为物理模型,利用真实破坏过程分析软件RFPA3D对该混凝土梁进行三点弯试验的数值模拟,观察并分析混凝土裂缝的起裂、扩展直至试件宏观破坏的整个过程,将数值模拟得到的混凝土梁不同开裂过程对应的声发射、抗弯强度以及断裂破坏模式与现场物理试验结果对比分析,发现混凝土梁的三点弯曲数值试验得到的破坏特征与现场试验结果基本吻合。研究结果表明该数值模型的实用性,为进一步研究观音岩水电站坝体裂缝形成机理和揭示坝体裂纹扩展规律奠定基础。According to the physical model of the dam concrete beam cut from Guanyinyan hydropower station,numerical simulation on three point bending tests of the concrete beam was conducted by the Realistic Failure Process Analysis( RFPA~(3D)).The failure processes including cracks initiation,propagation and macro-damage of the concrete beam were investigated and analyzed. The corresponding acoustic emission,bending strength,and fracture mode during different failure processes of the concrete beam obtained from numerical simulation were compared with those from the physical experiment on site. The results reveal that the failure characteristics of concrete beam between numerical simulation and on-site tests are in a good agreement. The practicability of the numerical model is thus validated. M oreover,some references can be provided for analyzing the formation mechanism of dam cracks and revealing dam cracks propagation lawof Guanyinyan hydropower station.
