摘  要:振动加压成型陶粒混凝土砌块,本质上为干硬性混凝土经过预压阶段,内部结构发生改变,从而使密实度改善、强度提高。然而,国内外对加压成型轻骨料混凝土的强度并没有系统性研究,配合比也一直处于经验试配阶段。在规范所提供配合比的基础上,结合生产工艺的技术条件,通过设计正交试验研究砂率、水灰比与母体材料密度对振动加压成型陶粒混凝土强度的影响,优化得到经济合理的配合比,并通过试块抗压强度试验对陶粒混凝土砌块振动加压成型工艺提出建议。The compactness and compressive strength of vibration pressure molding ceramic concrete blocks are both improved during pre-press stage,when blocks internal structure changes. However,no systematic studies of pressure molding ceramic concrete blocks is carried out in the domestic or overseas,and the mixture ratio is determined with experience. Based on the mixture ratio provided by specification and technical conditions of production process,we studied the influence of sand ratio,water-cement ratio and the matrix material density degree on the compression molded ceramic concrete by designing orthogonal experiment. Then we obtained economical and reasonable mixture ratio after optimization,and made recommendations for vibration compression molding process of ceramic concrete masonry by compressive strength test of blocks.
