摘　　要：本文强调文化建设在疗养院内涵质量建设中的重要作用,揭示文化建设与提高部队战斗力之间的深层关系,介绍疗养院在提高对疗养文化建设重视程度、丰富疗养文化内涵及营造军事斗争准备氛围等三方面的具体实践做法。The article discussed the important role of culture construction in the connotation quality building of sanatorium,introduced the relationship between culture construction and improving army combat capabilities . The author introduced the practices in the following aspects： attaching much importance on the culture construction of sanatorium, enriching the connotation of recuperation culture, constructing the atmosphere of combat readiness.
