8所三级医院医疗制度落实情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解医疗核心制度在各个医院的落实情况,为持续改进医疗质量,保证医疗安全提供借鉴。方法采取随机抽样的方法,抽查8所医院共160份住院病历、80份运行病历和80份临床用血申请单,统计各项制度落实情况。结果8所医院中,医疗制度落实率最高为98.67%,最低的为78.56%,总体落实率为89.15%。结论医院应合理配置卫生资源,提高管理队伍素质,并加大医疗制度的教育培训和监督检查力度。Objective To understand the implementation of medical regulations in some hospitals, to improve continuously the medical quality, and ensure medical safety.Methods Using of random sampling method to select 160 filed medical records,80 Running records, and 80 applications of blood for clinical use, Statistics the implementation of medical regulations.Results The average rate of implement of medical regulations in 8 hospitals is89.15%,the best is 98.67%,the worst is 78.56%.Conclu sions The hospitals should be allocate rationally the health resources, improve the administrative personnel quality, and intensify education training, supervision and inspection of medical regulations.
