摘　　要：城市地下管线是城市的生命线,是城市规划、建设和管理的重要基础资料.文章在剖析我国城市地下管线信息化建设的现状与问题、地下管线信息应用需求分析的基础上,提出城市地下管线管理系统GIS建设的设计原则、总体设计逻辑架构以及数据管理子系统设计体系,为中小城市的综合管线管理系统的建设提供成功经验.Urban underground pipeline is the lifeline of the city and the important foundation of city planning,construction and management information. Based on analysis of present situation and existing problems of informatization construction as well as application requirements of underground pipeline information of the urban underground pipeline in our country, this paper puts forward design principle of the urban underground pipeline management system GIS construction,shows the overall design logical architecture and data management subsystem design,which provides a successful experience of management system for the small and medium-sized cities comprehensive pipeline construction.
