摘 要:在不影响混凝土强度要求且不增加工程投资的基础上,为了加快混凝土施工的进度,试验通过改变混凝土组分之一——粉煤灰的掺量,来研究不同掺量粉煤灰对泵送混凝土性能的影响.试验根据粉煤灰掺量设置五个试验区,通过对试验区泵送混凝土和易性和抗压强度两个指标的研究,得出结论:掺入粉煤灰对泵送混凝土拌合物的和易性和强度均有有利的影响;随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,泵送混凝土的早期抗压强度发展缓慢;当粉煤灰掺量在35%以内时,泵送混凝土的后期抗压强度随着粉煤灰的掺量增加而发展迅速,但是当粉煤灰掺量达到40%时,泵送混凝土的后期抗压强度较35%时发展缓慢.此项目的研究可为相似工程加快施工进度,并获得较好的混凝土和易性和施工质量提供参考依据.To speed up concrete construction schedule, not reducing the compressive strength of concrete and not increasing the cost, this test researches the influence on pumping concrete performance by adding different volume flyash into the pumping concrete. The test sets up five test areas according to the volume of flyash and researches the workability and strength of concrete. The tests shows that there's a beneficial effect on the workability and strength of concrete, and the early-age compressive strength of concrete increases slowly with the increasing of flyash volume; when the content of flyash is within 35% ,the late-age compressive strength of concrete increased rapidly with the increasing of flyash volume; but when the content of flyash amounts to 40% ,the late-age compressive strength of concrete increases slowly with the increasing of flyash volume. The research of this project will provide reference to other similar project to accelerate the concrete construction schedule and obtain the better workability and quality of concrete.
