“公司+农户”模式渠道权力结构分析

摘　　要：运用渠道权力理论分析"公司+农户"模式渠道权力结构状态,通过分析构成依赖的两个方面:交换产出大小和替代稀缺性,结果发现:当公司与农户市场都处于完全竞争状态时,彼此处于低度依赖均衡状态;而公司与农户市场处于其他市场结构状态时,农户都会依赖于公司,渠道权力向公司方倾斜。然而,随着经济的发展,农户家庭收入快速增长且更加多元化,家庭经营收入在农户家庭收入中所占比重下降,农户对公司的依赖性也随之下降,这将给"公司+农户"模式的发展带来新的挑战。The article analyses the channel power structure of ＂Company ＆ Peasant Household＂ mode based on the channel power theory.Through an analysis of two aspects：the output size dependent exchange and substitution of scarcity in the ＂Company ＆ Peasant Household＂model.it is found that the farm household does not necessarily depend on the company strongly in the ＂Company ＆ Peasant Household＂ mode.Company and farmer are at the low dependence on the equilibrium state when their markets are in perfectly competitive state.When the company＇s market and peasant＇s market in other structure,farmers will depend on the company deeply, thus the company has more channel power, and it is in a strong position with the dominant right.But with the rapid growth of farm household income and more diversified,the proportion of family business income in family income is in the fall.So farmers＇ dependence on the company will decline,which will bring new challenges to the development of＂Company ＆ Peasant Household＂mode.
