内墙涂料总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)释放量的标准检测方法探讨

摘　　要：针对国内室内空气质量差,内墙涂料产品TVOC释放性能测试标准的空白,研制了60 L小型环境舱应用于室内涂料TVOC释放量的检测,舱体性能优良并已通过计量;参考国外标准探讨了利用环境舱模拟室内环境测定内墙涂料TVOC释放量的标准方法,通过实验确定了关键参数,并选用不同配方样品以该标准方法进行验证试验。结果证明:该方法可以判断内墙涂料的TVOC释放性能的优劣,并具有良好的可操作性和可靠性,对我国内墙涂料TVOC释放量检测标准的建立具有很好的参考价值。同时得出TVOC与VOC之间没有确定的相关性。Since there is no specific and authorized test method for determining the VOC e- mission from interior coatings in China, a small-scale environmental chamber with 60 L has been designed applicable for the determination of VOC. The chambers perform well and pass the examination of metrological certification by the specific authorized agency. This paper de- scribes the experiments on how to determine the key parameters and final optimized procedure, including the verification tests via a large quantity of different paint formulations. Experimental results show that the standard method has a good operability and reliability, which can be use- ful for establishment of the domestic determination standard for TVOC in interior coatings.
